I just love this book--I bought it as a gift for my friends and relatives, and I pick it up time and time again! Just so very charming and funny! I must say, I also love his other two Trixie books, which ya'll aren't carrying anymore, "Bliss To You" and "A Big Little Life"--the first is another funny and endearing look at the way our dogs' priorities in life are simple and right on track, and the second is a very moving tribute to Trixie.

I LOVE this book!!! It is so funny!! You can enjoy this book whether you spend hours with it or if you can only spare a moment with it! Even if it's July, you can still have fun with this book! Please, do yourself a favor and buy this book!!!

funny and feel-good book

This is another delightful and whimsical book from Trixie Koontz. Trixie's obsession with bacon and sausage notwithstanding,she offers insights both humorous and profound into this very special holiday. This short book is bound to be read and re-read, and not only at Christmas, by dog-lovers and non-dog lovers alike. As a big fan of Trixie, and her human Dean, I may be slightly prejudiced, but i cannot imagine what fault could be found in this little book. The fact that all proceeds go to Canine Companions for Independence is an additional reason to feel good about purchasing this book.
